Our Process
A Transparent, Step-by-Step B2B Stone Procurement Journey
From Quarry Face to Construction Site
We operate under a strict, standardized B2B supply protocol to ensure that the stone lots specified by architects match the materials delivered on site.
Stone Selection & Consulting
Browse our online catalog or request custom block selections. Our B2B specialists consult with your team on density requirements, custom sizes, finishes (polished, honed, flamed, sandblasted), and thickness tolerances to recommend the perfect material grade.
Quotation & Lot Allocation
We provide transparent, breakdown quotations based on FOB, CIF, or domestic supply parameters. Upon intent, we allocate specific quarry block numbers or existing godown slab lots. Photographs and physical samples of the allocated lot are provided for client sign-off.
Custom Processing & Calibration
Allocated blocks are processed in our Jaipur facilities. We utilize modern multi-wire cutters and gang-saws to calibrate slabs to precise thicknesses (e.g. 20mm or 30mm) with tight +/-1mm tolerances. Automatically line-polished or flamed finishes are applied to meet build specifications.
Dry-Lay & Quality Control
To eliminate layout errors, we perform a dry-lay inspection on our 15,000 sq. ft. concrete pad. Slabs are laid out sequentially to verify vein continuity, color uniformity, and dimension tolerances under natural lighting. We share high-resolution videos and photos of the dry-laid layout with the client.
Heavy-Duty Packing & Global Dispatch
Approved stones are packed in fumigated, heavy-duty wooden crates lined with styrofoam protectors. Slabs are secured with iron straps for absolute safety during sea transit. We handle port logistics, customs clearance, and container stuffing at Mundra or Kandla ports, providing full cargo tracking.
Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about bulk stone procurement, logistics, tolerances, and custom specifications.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for B2B orders?
For exports and bulk domestic supply, our standard MOQ is one full container load (FCL), which equates to approximately 400 to 450 square meters of 20mm thick slabs, or about 300 square meters of 30mm thick slabs. Smaller quantities can be accommodated for high-end project-specific selections if block lots are available.
Do you offer dry-lay services for all orders?
We standardly perform dry-laying for all bookmatched marble slabs, luxury custom-cut flooring, and pattern-based sandstone/limestone cladding. This ensures color and vein harmony. For uniform materials (like Absolute Black Granite or standard Kota stone tiles), dry-laying is performed on a random sample basis unless specifically requested by the architect.
What are your dimensional and thickness tolerances?
We calibrate all slabs and tiles to strict international tolerances. Our standard B2B tolerance is +/-1mm for thickness and +/-0.5mm for width/length dimensions. We utilize premium diamond segment gangsaws and calibration line machinery to maintain these tolerances across massive production runs.
What is the typical B2B lead time?
For standard godown inventory slabs, dispatch to port takes 5 to 7 days. For custom processing, cutting, and finishing from raw quarry blocks, production lead time is typically 14 to 21 days at our Jaipur yard. Ocean transit times vary depending on the destination port (e.g. 15-20 days to the Middle East, 30-40 days to Europe or the US).
Can you accommodate third-party quality inspections?
Yes, absolutely. We welcome third-party inspection agencies (such as SGS, Bureau Veritas, or your project's appointed site manager) to inspect the dry-laid stone lots and packaging at our Jaipur warehouse prior to container stuffing and dispatch.
